We decided to grow two puppies from the Tripp x Summer litter for a few months and, at 6 months old, it's time to make hard choices. Ginny is looking for her next adventure. At 6 months old she is crate trained, house trained, walks on a leash, has had bird and water exposure. She swims, likes to fetch, points and has a good nose. Ginny is fully vetted for her age. She is FF for furnishings. She is socialized to other dogs, adults and children. She has an excellent coat, feet and pigment.

Our ideal home will let her be a bird dog and work with us as we think about her future. Placing our puppies is a collaboration.

Tripp is a young dog, at just 3 years old, doing well in the field and having proven himself in the show ring. Tripp was produced by Heiss Draht GWP in Michigan, a program that has proven time and time again that GWP can be versatile hunting dogs and be sound of mind and body while doing it. Tripp earned his NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize 1 (110) at 5 months old. He then finished in the AKC show ring quickly with four major wins, including going Winner's Dog at the 2024 GWPCA National Specialty. He also completed his Rally Novice title at the 2024 National Specialty events and earned his Canine Good Citizen shortly after. Tripp has hunted wild pheasants, huns and sharp tail for two seasons now. He is an excellent waterfowl retrieving dog (ducks and geese both). He is a very level headed and biddable dog with the perfect amount of sensibility to balance his natural drive. Tripp tested NAVHDA Utility in 2025 and earned a Prize 3 175. He is FF and has a lovely, properly textured and furnished coat requiring no upkeep. He is fully health tested with passing scores and has earned his CHIC number.

Summer is a production of Ryan McIntosh/Southern Wires breeding program in Texas, which in terms of wild bird hunting dogs needs no introduction. Summer has incredible natural bird drive and style. She has excellent trainability, completing her AKC Junior Hunter, NAVHDA Natural Ability with a Prize 1 (112), and going on to earn a Utility Test Prize 1 (199) at 2 years old. Summer is a friendly, sweet, and sound dog. Summer is Ff and has a lovely coat length and texture with appropriate furnishings. She is fully health tested to CHIC standards with passing scores and has earned her CHIC number.

Both Tripp and Summer are family house dogs, living well with children, visitors, and dogs of other breeds and sexes.
